We’re so excited to bring another inspiring wellness class to Benham Hall at SHARC. This time, we’re teaming up with local massage therapist and yoga instructor Cherish Yourself Wellness for a special New Moon event on October 21 🌑.

This 75-minute experience will begin with 30 minutes of guided meditation, followed by 45 minutes of sound therapy—the perfect way to reset and recharge. This Sound Bath Meditation is designed to restore balance, ease stress and cultivate deep relaxation. This unique experience “bathes” you in soothing sound waves produced by therapeutic instruments, guiding you into a meditative state of calm and clarity.

The session begins with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation to settle the body and mind. You’ll then be invited to practice slow, mindful movements before journeying into a full acoustic sound healing experience. As you rest comfortably—either seated or lying down—you’ll be surrounded by the harmonious tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, a rainstick and gong.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket, pillow, or bolster
  • Eye cover (optional)
  • Water and any personal props for added comfort

What to Expect

You’ll leave this session feeling grounded, refreshed and renewed—a sense of inner peace, energetic cleansing and overall wellbeing to carry with you long after the experience ends.
