Lap Swim

• DAILY 7-9am
• 10am-2pm Monday-Friday; 7-9am Saturday & Sunday
• NO 10am-2pm lap swim on Monday, Feb 16 holiday

Must have the following for access:

• Valid SROA Membership Card 
• Valid SROA Recreation Guest Pass
• Valid Recreation Plus Program Card
• No general admission lap swim

• DAILY 6am to 6pm

• TUESDAY 8-9am Winter Conditioning
• WEDNESDAY 8:15-9:05am Core Stability; 9:15-10:05am Full Body Strength
• FRIDAY 8:15-9:05am Cardio Strength Circuit; 9:15-10:05am Stretch, Release, Relax

AQUAFIT CLASSES

• MONDAY - SATURDAY 9am - 9:45am with instructor
• SUNDAY 9am - 9:45am workout on your own
