Can I bring in a Food Truck?
Absolutely! Our outdoor patio is perfectly designed to accommodate mobile vendors such as bar service, ice cream trucks and late night snacks!
Do I need to rent a Dance Floor?
It is not required to rent a dance floor, the existing flooring in Benham Hall is suitable for dancing. If you would like to rent a dance floor for a pop of design/color you are more than welcome to.
Can I set up early or pick up the next day?
We do our best to be flexible and accommodate extra time in the building outside your rented time frame. We typically take a look at the calendar 2 weeks prior to the event to see if we have availability for this.
Can I order custom drinks for the bar menu?
Yes! We work with a distributor and have access to a huge variety of local beer, wine, ciders, seltzers and Pepsi products. We would be happy to special order your favorite drinks. Please inquire with your Event Manager about custom bar offerings.
Do I need to provide Event Insurance
Yes! We require all events to provide event insurance. You can get this from www.theeventhelper.com. The limits are listed on your contract.
Is the venue ADA Compliant?
Yes, the entire venue is ADA compliant/wheelchair accessible.
What is the parking like?
We have ample on-site parking at SHARC. The Beaver Drive Parking Lot can be available for private use on busy weekends when we need additional spots for your guests!
