SHARC staff will setup and strike all chairs and tables for the event. We simply ask that whatever decoration and setup items you bring in, you carry out. We will handle the rest! There is ample on-site parking for your guests. The Beaver Drive parking lot can be available for private events upon request. A dedicated event coordinator will be on-site throughout the entire event.

The Bar

SHARC offers customized bar offerings for your special event based on premier local and PNW products. All alcohol must be served through SHARC’s bar (unless an off-premise liquor caterer or vendor is permitted). SHARC will provide a list of “currently available” beverages with prices upon request. These offerings are based on premier local PNW products.
