Limited to 1-hour workout sessions (9:00am, 10:30am, 12:00pm & 1:30pm, Mon-Fri) and a maximum of 6 people during each timeframe to allow cleaning between sessions. To schedule a 1 hour time slot in the fitness center:

2. Booking restrictions

  • Appointments can be booked no more than two days in advance.

  • Cutoff time for appointments is 1-hour prior to appointment time.

  • Members can sign up a maximum of one guest at the time of registration (please include details where you insert your Member Preference ID# in the “add a message” field. A 2020 SROA guest pass must be presented at the time of entry.

3. Fitness access requirements

  • A mask or face covering will be required during your workout.

  • You will be required to wipe down each piece of equipment before and after use

  • Please return used towels and mats to the designated bins located in the fitness center.

  • Please sanitize your hands regularly with provided sanitizer

  • Maintain social distancing of 6 feet from others at all times.

4. What we will be doing....

  • Providing virus-killing wipes for use on equipment

  • Providing virus-killing hand sanitizer

  • Disinfecting all surfaces between every fitness session.

  • Educating our staff on how to combat the virus

  • Listening to your concerns and making adjustments



Monday- Friday | 9am - 3:00pm 

1. To borrow discs

  • Participants call into SHARC to arrange for a staff member to provide the discs and take collateral. 541-585-5000. You may also use your own discs.

  • Return discs to the “used disc” bin at SHARC where staff will return your collateral and sanitize the discs for future use.

  • Weekend Disc Golf: Disc golf participants must call Tennis Hill hut to arrange picking up the discs (if needed) and follow the same collateral system used at the Tennis Hut. Call 541-593-5707.
