You’ll then be invited to practice slow, mindful movements before journeying into a full acoustic sound healing experience. As you rest comfortably—either seated or lying down—you’ll be surrounded by the harmonious tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, a rainstick, and gong.
