1.

 TIMED AQUATIC SESSIONS

The following timed sessions will be available to SROA Member Preferences IDs (and guests), SROA Member Guest Passes and SROA Recreation Plus Cards ONLY (one session per person per day):

Beginning Sept 21

  • Indoor Pool ONLY
    (Outdoor Pool CLOSED for season)

  • Thursday-Monday 
    (aquatics are closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

    • 11am-12:30pm

    • 12:45pm-2:15pm

    • 2:30pm-4:00pm

OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS

Beginning Sept 21

35 people max in the indoor pool.

Please Note:

  • This occupancy is for the entire facility including:

    • indoor and outdoor spaces

    • locker rooms/restrooms

    • Member Fitness Center (SROA property owners only)

  • Groups must be 10 or less.

  • Max occupancy restrictions required by Oregon Health Authority.

ENTRY ACCESS

Walk-in ONLY - first come, first served

  • Arrive early: Sessions fill up quickly (30-60 mins prior to sessions, especially 12:45pm & 2:30pm sessions.) 

  • Once the line looks like it has reached capacity staff will conduct occupancy count. 

  • All people in a party must be present 15 minutes prior to get access. 

  • Recreation Plus Cards can only be used for entry ONCE PER DAY. 

  • First come first served. No priority line for members during the first four sessions.

One of the following is required for entry​
(per person 4 years and older):

  • SROA Recreation Plus Card*: FREE

  • SROA Member Preference ID*: FREE

  • SROA Member Accompanied Guest**: $6

  • SROA Member Guest Pass: FREE

  • We ask for your continued patience and understanding as we try to navigate the health and safety measures required by the Oregon Health Authority guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

  • All dates, times, offerings and prices subject to change.

  • Due to limited occupancy restrictions, 1 session per day per person.

  • No General Admission entry available at this time.

  • Children 3 years old and younger are free.

  • Entry includes indoor/outdoor available aquatics.

  • All admission is non-transferable.

  • In the event of lightning, everything will be closed until the storm has passed. There are no refunds for weather or incident-related closures.

40 min sessions available to SROA Member Preference IDs and SROA Recreation Plus Program cards and SROA Guest Passes ONLY.

  • Thursday-Monday

    • 6:30 - 7:10 am (3 spots)

    • 7:15 – 7:55 am (3  spots)

    • 8:00 – 8:40 am (3 spots)

    • 8:45 – 9:25 am (3 spots)

  • Reservations Required​ - sessions are available to be booked 48 hrs in advance.

DISC GOLF

Daily | 9am - 4:30pm

To Borrow Discs

  • Please check-in with SHARC front desk prior to play

  • Rental Rates:

    • FREE for SROA Member Preference IDs, SROA Recreation Plus Cards, SROA Member Guest Pass

    • $5 General Admission​

  • Return discs to the "used disc" bin at SHARC where staff will sanitize the discs for future use.​


Note: You may bring your own disk and free to use course but please check-in with SHARC front desk prior to play.​

  • Come swim ready!  (limited locker room access & no lockers available)

  • Towel (no towel service available)

  • Water Bottle (metal or plastic only - NO GLASS!)

  • Face Covering (required when indoors - no masks allowed in the pools.)

  • Must have SROA Recreation Plus Cards/SROA Member Preference IDs, SROA Member Guest Pass to enter

  • Cleaning high traffic and commonly touched areas frequently.

  • Sanitizing after each swim session

  • Wearing a mask for your protection

  • Safety Monitors will be helping to ensure social distancing

Entry

What is a SROA Member Preference ID?


These ID cards are exclusively available to Sunriver property owners only. They are renewed annually and allow unlimited access to the entire SHARC facility including the owner-only SROA Member fitness center and other SROA member facilities.




What is an SROA Recreation Plus Card?


SROA Recreation Plus Card (some property managers may refer to these as "SHARC Passes") is an option rental home owners can provide for their renters/tenants. If your rental offers SROA Recreation Plus cards, these cards provide access to SHARC aquatics, seasonal tubing hill or disc golf and tennis/pickleball court reservations and SROA boat launch. It does not include access to SHARC fitness. Each card can only be used at SHARC once per day per person.




What are SROA Member Guest Passes?


Sunriver property owners with a valid SROA Member Preference ID receive an allotment of guest passes annually. These one-time use guest passes allow access to pools, tennis/pickleball courts, tubing hill and disc golf (all subject to seasonal availability).




Why is there no Paid General Admission?


Due to occupancy restrictions set by the state and Oregon Health Authority, we are providing priority admission to our Member Preference ID card holders and those who pay to participate in SROA’s Recreation Plus Program for their rental guests.

There is no plan to offer paid general admission at this time.




Can SROA Extended Family Cards access SHARC?


Yes, they are treated the same as SROA Member Preference IDs.




How do I know if my rental provides SHARC access?


Please contact your property manager or rental manager to confirm your rental home offers SROA Recreation Plus Program cards (some property/rental managers may call them a "SHARC Pass"). SROA Recreation Plus Cards provide access to SHARC aquatics. NOTE: Be sure to verify how many SROA Recreation Plus Cards your rental home offers. If you have 7 people renting a home and only 6 SROA Recreation Plus Cards are offered, only 6 people can access a SHARC timed session per day.




Can my kids go to SHARC without me?


You must be 12 or older to go to SHARC without an adult. Under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone 16 and older.




Can I purchase a SROA Recreation Plus Card?


No. These cards are available in many (not all) rental homes throughout Sunriver as an amenity rental home owners can provide for their renters/tenants. Please be sure to contact the rental home manager, owner or property manager you are renting from PRIOR to visiting to ensure your rental home offers SROA Recreation Plus Cards. NOTE: Be sure to verify how many SROA Recreation Plus Cards your rental home offers. If you have 7 people renting a home and only 6 SROA Recreation Plus Cards are offered, only 6 people can access a SHARC timed session per day.




Can I purchase a SROA Guest Pass?


No. These passes are exclusively provided to Sunriver property owners who have a valid SROA Member Preference ID.




Can I use a "SHARC Pass"?


SHARC doesn't honor anything called a "SHARC Pass" - it is possible this is what rental companies refer to as SROA RECREATION PLUS CARDS, however to enter SHARC please confirm that the rental home you are staying in offers SROA Recreation Plus Cards. The SROA Recreation Plus Card offers more than just access to SHARC such as access to the following: - SROA Tennis & Pickleball courts - Disc Golf rentals - SROA Boat Launch




When will Outdoor Aquatics close for the season?


Outdoor Aquatics will be closed for the season beginning September 21.

Can I bring my own food?


No outside food or drink (light snacks available for purchase) SHARC Bite Cafe is currently closed.

How early should I lineup to make a session?


Best suggestion is be early. As everyday is changing and different no specific time can be suggested. If people are not making the session, they are moving into the next session line and waiting.





Health & Safety

Why are there occupancy restrictions?


The capacity limitation guidelines have been mandated by the Oregon Health Authority under the Phase 2 reopening of Oregon. The capacity is for the entire facility including: - indoor and outdoor spaces - locker rooms/restrooms - Member Fitness Center (available only to Sunriver property owners with a valid SROA Member Preference ID)




How will social distancing be monitored and maintained?


1. Prior to entry we ask anyone queued in line to keep groups together and maintain 6 feet distance to the next group. Signs and markers will be posted and we ask you to please adhere to all signage and indicators. 2. Groups must be limited to 10 people or less and 6 ft distance must be maintained between groups while utilizing the outdoor lawn space as well as in the pools. 3. There will be a single line to access both waterslides and 6 ft distancing must be maintained between anyone waiting to use the waterslides. 4. Safety monitors will be helping to ensure social distancing.




Why are groups 10 people or less?


Groups larger than 10 are prohibited under guidelines set by the state and Oregon Health Authority. If your group is larger than 10 you should split up and visit on different dates. Also, it is noted that people not from the same immediate household should follow social distancing protocols.




Should I wear a face covering?


Fask Coverings/Masks are required indoors at all times and outdoors when 6ft distancing cannot be maintained. Face Coverings/Masks are not allowed in any of the pools.
